DISCOVERY CALL is the first step in this process and then a CONSULTATION in order to get acquainted with the project, your scope of work and project plan.
This is for you if:
a review of any plans you have from your cabinet maker or builder
you are about to purchase furnishings and want to ensure you do not make any costly errors
you need to go with a design professional to a store or supplier to finalize your choices
you are building a new home and need to make final finish decisions and then manage the rest on your own or with your builder
you need a professional keen eye to give advice part of your home build , renovation or decoration
What to expect:
This service is priced based on the scope of work and individual needs of the project, it can be a flat fee or hourly based on your particular project and the timeline you have.
Scheduling for Evelyn to visit your home / jobsite or suppliers with you as required
contact via email and phone to be by your side when you need advice
referral where possible to material and product sources.
CAD and rendering services
what will it cost?:
there is a minimum fee of $5000 which will provide you with 20 hours design time. You have the option of purchasing more time in 10 hour increments if more time is required.
