This package is for you if you want to update your kitchen or bathroom while maintaining the existing layout and keeping existing cabinetry….essentially a cosmetic makeover with minor construction requirements.
You must start with a DISCOVERY CALL so that we can discuss your goals, plans and scope of work required.
You will need to collect and send inspiration images to EED Inc. to convey your wishes for your space.
What to expect:
The first meeting will be for Evelyn to gather information and discuss your needs for the space, changes you would like to implement and review inspiration images which you have gathered.
Trades will need to access the space and take any measurements required
After the initial meeting Evelyn will take time to develop a design for you with options for materials and finishes, this typically requires 3 - 4 weeks. ( Schedule to be confirmed during Discovery Call )
you will be involved in managing the implementation of the ‘refresh’
What you get:
a moodboard with the design concept and direction of the aesthetic
2 sessions to go to suppliers in order to select materials as required to make final decisions ( ie; tiles, counters etc )
list of finishes and materials to be installed ( counters , plumbing fixtures, paint etc.)
contract agreements are customized and presented as per project with terms and conditions
