This is is for the client who wants to have a team of professionals get the job done with all aspects of the process being taken care of by EED Inc. from start to finish. You are still involved in the decision making, but do not have to deal with the stress of managing the trades and implementation of the design details.
This is for you if:
you do not want to deal with the day to day details of getting the job done and want to leave it to those who do it daily and just get the job done
need to renovate / refresh your home and want a team of professionals to guide you through the process from start to finish
need to decorate your home and want it planned and managed by those who do it everyday
What to expect:
After the Discovery call, there will be a design proposal presented with an outline of the phases required to get your project completed
measurement of spaces for the purpose of furniture planning and sourcing if required
budget planning for finishes and furnishings
design planning for cabinetry, millwork etc.
sourcing of materials and finishes
onsite visits as required and collaborating via phone and email
EED Inc. will work with the builder and or contractor to ensure that all design details are adhered to and also to be available for all milestones in the process.
visits with you to suppliers as required to make final choices ( tiles, counters, furniture, lighting etc)
Installations of draperies and furniture deliveries coordinated
All details of scope of work, process are outlined in the Design Agreement
How Much will it cost
Design fees vary based on each project. A good general guide is that it will be between 10% - 20% of the cost of the project
