This package is for you if you are renovating your kitchen and want to have a complete overhaul. This will include new layout, cabinetry, plumbing and finishes.
The first step is a DISCOVERY CALL in order to discuss the scope of work and expectations. After the discovery call where we discuss your overall needs and budget, and before a one on one meeting in your space, you will send inspiration images and create a wish list for your new kitchen.
what to expect
there will be a first visit with Evelyn to do a walkthrough and discuss your goals for the space
an agreement will be presented with scope of work, fees and estimated budget
Once the project budget has been approved, EED Inc. will execute the design development phase which involves concept drawings, material selections fixtures and finishes to be used.
There will be an appointment to allow the contractor and or trades to measure and access the space
there will be a visit to present the plan to you ( this may be in your home or at a showroom or virtually )
changes and modifications as required

Evelyn is available throughout the project to oversee milestone phases of the installation of the project and to be engaged in the project so that should issues arise ( as they typically do ), we can resolve them together.
Notes:
Scheduling and onsite management will be done by the Contractor
EED Inc will support you behind the scenes in order to accomplish the goals set forth. The goal is to be on your side and part of the team.
